Experienced HVAC Service Technician
Comfort heroes wanted! We’re searching for a seasoned Residential HVAC Service Technician who can tame stubborn furnaces, revive tired air conditioners, and turn confusing system symptoms into confident solutions. If you bring sharp diagnostic skills, dependable workmanship, and at least four years of residential service experience, you may be exactly who we need on the next call.
What You’ll Do
· Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems..
· Perform thorough inspections, explain findings in plain English, and recommend all the homeowner’s options.
· Complete service calls safely, efficiently, and with clean, accurate documentation.
· Deliver friendly, respectful service in customers’ homes—shoe covers, tidy work areas, and good manners included.
· Spot all opportunities for system improvements while keeping recommendations honest and customer-focused.
· Participate in an on-call rotation and help teammates when the heat—or the workload—is on.
What You Bring
· At least four years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience.
· Strong troubleshooting skills across furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, thermostats, and related equipment.
· EPA Section 608 certification and a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
· Comfort using digital tools for dispatching, invoicing, photos, and service notes.
· Clear communication, dependable follow-through, and a talent for turning “It’s making a weird noise” into a real diagnosis.
· Ability to lift equipment, work in attics or crawl spaces, climb ladders, and handle seasonal temperatures.
