*Summary*We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Pre-sell driver for Interstate Batteries, with a strong emphasis on driving sales growth. This position involves managing service routes, cultivating new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Interstate Batteries is a distributor of Interstate brand automotive, RV, Marine, Powersports batteries and more! We are a team of service oriented professionals who are looking for a new team member to take over a pre-determined route serving Western Montana. *Key Responsibilities*
* Oversee and manage assigned service routes using a Pre-sell method, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of Automotive, RV, Marine, and Powersports batteries
* Manage inventory of a strong existing dealer network in a consignment format
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective dealers
* Identify and Pursue new account opportunities to expand dealer base and increase sales
* Collaborate with sales team to strategize with sales programs and implement growth plans
*Qualifications*
* Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and grow new accounts
* Proven ability to work independently and with a team
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

*Required Qualifications*
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver’s License
Reliable method of transportation to work
Ability to lift/move 50+ lbs
Basic computer skills
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
