Philadelphia Water Logs LLC is a stormwater management and maintenance firm based out of Northeast Philadelphia. We service stormwater systems, including manholes and catch basins, throughout the Philadelphia metro area. Our growing company is looking to add a laborer to our service team.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and construction of commercial stormwater management systems.
- Assist with the installation and repair of catch basins, manholes, piping, inlets, drainage structures, and underground stormwater facilities.
- Operate and maintain a Vacuum Excavator trailer for cleaning stormwater structures.
- Handle, load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Safely operate power tools, hand tools, and construction equipment.
- Assist with concrete, asphalt, pipe, and site restoration work.
- Follow directions from supervisors and project managers while maintaining productivity and quality workmanship.
- Use an iPad and company software to photograph completed work and document maintenance and construction activities for inspection reports.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site while adhering to all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
- Perform other labor and construction-related duties as assigned.
- Perform landscaping services using equipment like lawnmower, weed whacker, etc.
Qualifications
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 40 pounds etc.)
- Must have a valid driver's license and experience driving a small truck with trailer
- Familiarity with power tools and machinery
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safety rules

$20/hr starting, 5 days a week
