A-Line Staffing Solutions is hiring Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) for a clinic opportunity in Philadelphia, PA! This is a great opportunity for an FNP who enjoys providing hands-on patient care, treating a variety of health conditions, and helping patients improve their overall health.
Pay & Schedule
- $75.00/hour
- Full-time
- 32–40 hours per week
- Monday–Friday: Clinic hours between 8:30 AM and 7:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
- Sunday: 9:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Weekend availability required, with rotating weekends and possible holiday coverage
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based primary and family care
- Perform patient assessments, routine examinations, and diagnostic testing
- Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and health conditions
- Manage chronic conditions and support preventive care
- Provide health screenings, wellness services, and patient counseling
- Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and disease management
- Develop treatment plans and coordinate follow-up care
- Collaborate with clinical care teams and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
- Support daily clinic operations, including patient appointments, inventory, and insurance verification
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment
- Provide a positive patient experience
Requirements
- Master’s degree from a Family Nurse Practitioner program
- Current national board certification
- Active New Jersey Nurse Practitioner license in good standing, with no current or prior disciplinary actions
- At least 1 year of recent Nurse Practitioner experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
- National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a clinical care team
- Flexibility to travel between assigned clinic locations
- Weekend availability
DEA registration may be required during onboarding.
