Talent Corps is seeking an experienced Commercial Carpenter. This role focuses on building and installing safety-related structures across the jobsite, The ideal candidate has strong rough carpentry skills, understands OSHA safety standards, and can work independently or as part of a crew.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Construct, install, and repair decks, handrails, stairs, ramps, and platforms used for jobsite safety and access.
  • Framing and rough carpentry
  • Trim, doors, hardware and finish carpentry
  • Installation of cabinets, millwork, and related carpentry elements.
  • Installing ceiling, partitions, blocking and others structural components.
  • Ensure all carpentry work meets OSHA, company, and project-specific safety requirements.
  • Perform layout, measurement, and cutting of materials (including wood, plywood, and framing lumber).
  • Operate carpentry tools, power tools, and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Inspect existing safety structures and perform repairs or replacements as needed.
  • Collaborate with site supervisors and safety teams to identify and build required structures.
  • Maintain clean and safe work areas at all times.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in Finished carpentry with a focus on safety-related structures
  • 4+ years of experience.
  • Concrete Carpentry experience is a plus.
  • Ability to read blueprints, sketches, and basic construction drawings.
  • Strong understanding of construction safety practices and OSHA standards.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Basic knowledge of tools, materials, and jobsite equipment.
  • Must be able to pass Background Check and Drug Test.
  • OSHA10 Certified

Pay Rate based on experience: $25 - $28


Schedule

Monday to Friday

40+ hour per week

Overtime (as needed)
