We’re a fast-growing, four-attorney, 20-person personal injury firm on the lookout for a high-caliber Personal Injury Attorney who’s eager to take on an exciting caseload involving Michigan No-Fault, general negligence, premises liability, and sexual abuse cases. We welcome seasoned attorneys looking to elevate their career in a modern, high-energy environment, but we also encourage newly licensed attorneys to apply; your pay will reflect your experience and the value you bring.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other documents
• Represent personal injury clients in court, mediation, and arbitration
• Interview clients, witnesses, and other parties to build strong cases
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and defense attorneys
• Maintain regular client communication to update on case progress
• Prepare for and attend court appearances, depositions, and other legal proceedings
• TRIAL! Unlike many personal injury firms, we actually take cases to a jury and through to a verdict.

What We’re Looking For:

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the Michigan Bar Association
• Experience in personal injury litigation (Michigan No-Fault highly desirable)
• Trial experience preferred, but not mandatory
• A driven, professional attitude with a passion for client advocacy
