Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct testing and inspection of materials and products.
- Record technical information, including dimensional, mechanical, and performance testing results.
- Provide technical support to internal teams, including drawing and specification review.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including customer sample submissions (PPAP, FAI, ISIR).
- Maintain and calibrate inspection and testing equipment.
Qualifications:
- Two-year degree in a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience; minimum 3 years in a related field.
- Knowledge of PPAP and SPC charts.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, including GD&T and dimensional layouts.
- Proficient with metrology methods and inspection equipment.
- Knowledge of gage calibration and ISO 9001 / ISO 17025 standards.
- Strong computer skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
