We are searching for a true bar professional for our cocktail program. If participating in a fast paced, fun and and educational environment sounds great to you please keep reading. The Lead Bartender will be responsible for drink creation, costing, marketing, and staff training. In addition inventory, menu and POS management. Setting the standard for the bar staff to maintain a high level of service and cleanliness. Experience in a high end cocktail program is required. This is a key carrying position so opening and closing the restaurant will be part of this role.
