Experienced Electrical Superintendent needed for an industrial/commercial electrical project in Amarillo, Texas. Per diem available. Strong potential for long-term work.


We are looking for a proven Electrical Superintendent with strong industrial and/or commercial electrical construction experience who can take ownership of a project and effectively manage the electrical scope from start to finish.


This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrical leader who is comfortable running an electrical project, managing electricians and subcontractors, coordinating manpower, maintaining schedules, and ensuring the work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.

What You’ll Do


  • Take full responsibility for day-to-day electrical field operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate electricians, foremen, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and daily work activities.
  • Manage electrical installations and ensure work follows project plans and specifications.
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings, one-lines, schematics, and specifications.
  • Coordinate electrical work with other trades and project management.
  • Track project progress and help maintain the overall project schedule.
  • Identify field issues and develop solutions to keep electrical work moving.
  • Monitor quality, productivity, and workmanship.
  • Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and turnover activities as required.
  • Enforce job-site safety requirements and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with project management, clients, subcontractors, and field personnel.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experienced Electrical Superintendent
  • Proven ability to run an electrical construction project independently
  • Strong industrial and/or commercial electrical experience
  • Experience supervising electricians and electrical crews
  • Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods, installation, and sequencing
  • Ability to read and understand electrical drawings, one-lines, schematics, and specifications
  • Strong understanding of NEC requirements and electrical safety practices
  • Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Safety-focused and committed to quality workmanship
  • OSHA/Safety certifications are a plus
