Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Breaks: Two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch
Position Summary
The Electrical Panel Assembler is an entry-level role responsible for assisting in the layout, assembly, and wiring of electrical panels according to customer specifications and production documentation. This position is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who can work independently while contributing positively to a team-based manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review build sheets, prints, and production documentation prior to assembly
- Assemble electrical plates and enclosures based on build preparation instructions
- Install electrical components, controllers, and related hardware per documentation
- Wire components using proper color coding, wire gauge, ferrules, cables, tags, and required identification according to prints
- Assist coworkers as needed to support workflow and maintain a positive team environment
- Follow all quality standards, safety procedures, and company policies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to safely and effectively use hand and power tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic understanding of electrical assembly processes is preferred
Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Technical or vocational training is a plus
