The Company is seeking a Vice President of Corporate Real Estate and Workplace Operations to spearhead the strategic and performance management of its diverse real estate portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning real estate, lease management, facilities, workplace operations, and capital investments with the company's broader business objectives. This executive will be tasked with developing and executing long-term real estate and portfolio strategies, leading portfolio planning and optimization, overseeing lease strategy and administration, and providing senior leadership with data-driven recommendations. Additionally, the role involves providing executive leadership for facilities and workplace operations, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring that corporate environments are safe, efficient, and compliant. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and at least 12 years' of progressive experience in corporate real estate, facilities, workplace operations, or related functions.
