About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Experience and Partnership Officer to play a pivotal role in the organization's mission. This executive position is focused on leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive stakeholder experience strategy that encompasses donor families, hospital and transplant partners, community stakeholders, ambassadors, and volunteers. The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening strategic partnerships, deepening executive relationships, and leading organizational transformation to ensure the delivery of consistent, high-quality, and compassionate support to all stakeholders. The role also involves executive oversight of communications, reputation, and community engagement, as well as guiding advocacy, government affairs, and philanthropy for mission advancement. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience, particularly in healthcare, strategic partnerships, external affairs, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams through significant organizational change, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to influence senior executives and external stakeholders. Experience in a complex, regulated, mission-driven, or highly relational environment is strongly preferred. The role requires a leader with strong strategic thinking, outstanding communication skills, and a servant leadership orientation, who is committed to the values of organ, eye, and tissue donation.
