The Senior Counsel will partner with executive leadership on matters spanning engineering, design, construction and EPC project delivery, drafting and negotiating agreements and guiding risk and compliance.
Responsibilities include managing disputes, advising on governance, and supporting transactions with a fast-paced, commercially minded approach.
