Effervescent Consulting, a State of Oklahoma statewide IT staffing contract holder (SW1025), is hiring an Imaging Specialist for a 12-month contract (with option to extend) with a State of Oklahoma agency in south Oklahoma City (near I-35 and I-240).
Schedule: Full-time, onsite, Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. W2 position. Expected start mid-November.
What you'll do:
- Scan, image and index public records, documents, archives and files
- Organize, catalog and index documents in both paper and electronic form
- Use scanning software and hardware to digitize records accurately
- Manage files in Windows Explorer folders, email repositories and other document repositories
- Support the team responsible for retention and storage of public records
What we're looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous administrative, clerical or office experience (required)
- Document imaging, scanning or records management experience (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with Windows file management
- Must be able to work onsite full-time in south Oklahoma City
