Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items consistently according to restaurant standards.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.

• Work closely with chefs and fellow cooks to ensure smooth service.

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures.

• Assist with daily prep, station setup, and closing responsibilities.

• Maintain attention to detail, presentation, and quality during busy services.

Qualifications

• Previous line cook experience preferred.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to learn, grow, and take direction.

• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
