An established industrial equipment company in Pearland is currently hiring an experienced Welding Equipment Repair Technician to join their team!
This hands-on technical leadership position will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial welding equipment while overseeing service operations and supporting technicians. The ideal candidate will bring strong electrical/mechanical expertise along with experience leading a technical or service team.
Salary: up to $80,000/year DOE
The perfect Welding Equipment Repair Technician for our client will have:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing industrial electrical/mechanical equipment.
- 2+ years of experience leading or supervising technicians, service personnel, or shop staff.
- Strong understanding of industrial welding power sources, wire feeders, and related equipment.
- Experience servicing MIG, TIG, Stick, Submerged Arc, and/or Plasma welding systems.
- Background with preventative maintenance, quality standards, parts coordination, and service workflow.
- Welding equipment manufacturer training or certification is a plus.
