We are looking for an experienced Service Plumber who is confident diagnosing plumbing problems, performing quality repairs, and providing professional service to customers throughout Orange County.

What You'll Do
As a Service Plumber, you will perform plumbing service, troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, and installations at a variety of properties, including HOAs, apartment communities, multifamily properties, commercial buildings, and residential homes.
Responsibilities may include:
Diagnose and repair plumbing problems on service calls
Perform drain cleaning and clear stoppages using appropriate drain equipment
Troubleshoot sewer and drain line issues
Perform sewer camera inspections and assist with locating plumbing problems
Repair and replace toilets, faucets, shower valves, sinks, disposals, and other plumbing fixtures
Diagnose and repair water leaks
Repair and replace water heaters
Work with copper, PEX, ABS, PVC, cast iron, and other common piping systems
Perform piping repairs, replacements, and reroutes
Troubleshoot water pressure and water supply issues
Diagnose and repair recirculation systems and related plumbing components
Perform plumbing repairs in occupied apartment and HOA communities
Communicate professionally with homeowners, tenants, property managers, and commercial customers
Clearly explain plumbing findings and recommended repairs
Complete service documentation accurately
Maintain a clean and professional work area
Follow company safety procedures and plumbing codes
Participate in emergency or after-hours service when scheduled
What We're Looking For
We are looking for an experienced technician who can confidently handle a wide variety of plumbing service calls.
Preferred qualifications:
5+ years of professional plumbing service experience
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Experience with drain cleaning and stoppages
Experience servicing and replacing water heaters
Knowledge of common plumbing fixtures and piping systems
Comfortable performing service repairs independently
Experience with HOAs, property management, apartments, multifamily, or commercial properties is highly preferred
Ability to communicate professionally with customers and property managers
Ability to document work performed and explain repair recommendations
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Dependable, professional, and customer-focused
Willingness to continue learning and developing technical skills
Compensation
$32.00 – $38.00+ per hour, depending on plumbing experience, technical ability, and overall qualifications.
