The primary responsibility of the Assembly Operator is to achieve the Productivity and Quality levels set forth in the assemblyprocess and the quality plan, and to perform the assembly of the product assigned by your Department Manager in compliance with the work and safety rules and policies of Turner Bellows Inc. The Assembly Operator is responsible to either take appropriate action or report infractions to the Group Leaderor ProductionManager if it becomes evident that the goals of the individual or of the team will not be attained during the shift.
