About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Food Safety and Quality Assurance to provide strategic leadership in the development and execution of enterprise-wide food safety and quality strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that these strategies are aligned with the business's growth objectives and for building, leading, and mentoring a high-performing food safety and quality organization. This executive will also be the senior authority on food safety, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and risk management, and will be expected to establish performance metrics, governance processes, and reporting systems that drive accountability and continuous improvement. Applicants for the Vice President of Food Safety and Quality Assurance role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 15 years of experience in food safety and quality leadership within food or consumer packaged goods manufacturing environments. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in leading enterprise-wide FSQA programs, deep knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements, and the ability to build high-performing teams and influence executive stakeholders. Strong strategic leadership, risk assessment, crisis management, and change management skills are essential, particularly within a fast-paced growth environment.
