About this position

We're looking for a Family Travel Coordinator to help clients organize vacations that work for the entire family.

This role focuses on understanding individual family needs and researching appropriate destinations, accommodations, transportation, attractions, cruises, resorts, and activities.

How You'll Support Families

You may assist clients with:

  • Researching family-friendly destinations and accommodations
  • Comparing resorts, cruises, vacation packages, and attractions
  • Identifying options based on children's ages and family preferences
  • Coordinating accommodations and reservation details
  • Researching activities and entertainment
  • Organizing important trip information
  • Communicating deadlines and travel requirements
  • Answering questions throughout the planning process
  • Helping clients prepare for departure

The Person We're Looking For

You don't need professional travel experience to get started.

We're looking for someone who understands that good planning is about more than making a reservation. It means listening carefully, anticipating questions, staying organized, and helping clients feel confident about their plans.

Strong candidates may come from backgrounds such as education, childcare, hospitality, customer service, administration, event coordination, sales, or other people-centered fields.

You should be comfortable working independently, communicating online, learning new systems, and completing ongoing training.

This is a flexible remote opportunity for someone who enjoys helping families spend less time worrying about logistics and more time looking forward to their vacation.
