We are seeking a skilled Commercial Electrician with expertise in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in various settings, including condominiums.
Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings
- Perform regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Troubleshoot electrical problems and provide effective solutions
- Collaborate with contractors and other team members to complete projects on time
- Respond to emergency calls and be on call after hours as needed
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Electrician
- Ability to work in various settings, including residential, commercial, and industrial
- Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to be on call after hours for emergencies
- Valid Electrician's license and certification
