Wolverine Electric Company, LLC is seeking a motivated and reliable Electrical Apprentice to join our team! As an apprentice, you'll gain hands-on experience while working alongside skilled electricians to learn and grow in the electrical trade.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment and fixtures
- Help install raceway and cable tray systems
- Support the troubleshooting and maintenance of motor and control systems
- Assist in performing routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to all electrical codes
- Learn to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
- Work under the supervision of a journeyman or foreman to complete electrical projects
Qualifications:
- Previous experience or interest in electrical work for industrial, commercial and residential type jobs
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in the electrical field
- Basic knowledge of electrical tools and equipment is a plus
- Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
- A positive attitude and strong work ethics
