The team is seeking a PM Grill Cook who is interested in working with a large, collaborative, cohesive culinary unit executing amazing food made with high-quality ingredients and integrity.

Desired candidates will have:
- 2+ years of experience as a Grill Cook or Line Cook, preferably in a Italian-inspired restaurant
- Willingness to take direction and desire to learn and grow within the industry
- Understanding of various cooking methods and knife cuts
- Ability to manage a station from prep to service
- Punctual, hard-working, and dependable
