Job Overview:
Family Owned and operated Business looking for pool service technician(s) to join our team. Clean driving record required (Must be insurable), able to lift up to 50 lbs, enjoy the outdoors (heat and cold) and have a keen eye for detail. Must be a team player, friendly and able to communicate with clients in a professional manner. This is a full or part time position in a drug free workplace. Company vehicle and pool cleaning equipment provided during working hours. Compensation is based on experience and performance!
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive weekly pool cleaning and maintenance for residential & commercial pool accounts (in-ground, above-ground, spas/hot tubs)
Test and balance water chemistry, adjust chemicals as needed
Inspect, clean, and maintain pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, etc.)
Deliver excellent customer service, including providing visit reports using a CRM system
Maintain accurate records and adhere to safety protocols and local regulations
