Work Environment
The role is fully remote, allowing mental health counselors to engage with clients through telehealth sessions. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans that promote their recovery and personal growth.
- Deliver individualized therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, adapting approaches based on client preferences and specific challenges.
- Establish clear therapeutic goals and regularly monitor client progress to ensure treatment effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to care plans.
- Utilize teletherapy to provide accessible mental health support to clients facing mobility or geographical constraints.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and best practices in therapy.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance clinical competencies and stay abreast of the latest evidence-based practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus
You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and various mental health issues. Our goal is to create a safe, empathetic space where clients feel understood and supported as they navigate their mental health journeys.
Qualifications
- A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients and their experiences.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseload and client appointments.
Preferred Experience
While a minimum of two years of experience in clinical mental health counseling is required, candidates with prior experience in telehealth practice and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities will be given preference. Experience working with specific patient populations, such as adolescents or trauma survivors, is also beneficial.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Alongside attractive financial compensation, our benefits package includes:
