About this position
We are hiring a dependable, detail-oriented garde manger / line cook for our fast-paced, high-volume Mexican restaurant. We're looking for a team player who takes pride in clean, consistent work and takes ownership of their station. This is a full time position,Responsibilities:
- prepare and platre dishes to the restaurant's standards
- keep your station clean, organized, and stocked
- follow food safety and sanitation practices
- communicate clearly with the kitchen team during busy services
- support teammates and take ownership of your work
