About the Role:
Hope Haven Psychological Resource is looking for a compassionate and skilled Bilingual Mental Health Clinician to join our growing team in Indianapolis, IN. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations for individuals, families, and groups
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Provide direct counseling and psychotherapy services in both English and a second language
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate client care and referrals
- Support crisis intervention and safety planning as needed
- Engage with culturally and linguistically diverse populations to ensure equitable access to care
Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Active licensure in Indiana (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent) or license-eligible
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language (Spanish/French Creole preferred)
- Experience providing individual, group, or family therapy in a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and evidence-based treatment modalities
- Cultural competency and experience working with diverse or underserved populations
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
