Construction Production Coordinator Assistant
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Position Summary
We are seeking a Construction Production Coordinator Assistant to support a fast-paced production environment. This position will coordinate daily production schedules, supervise shop staff, communicate with management, and assist with materials, inventory, and documentation to keep projects moving efficiently and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
- Supervise shop staff and ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on time.
- Communicate production priorities and updates between the shop and Production Manager.
- Receive and track construction materials and accessories.
- Maintain accurate inventory and receiving records.
- Scan, organize, and file paperwork and production documents.
- Identify material, scheduling, or production issues and communicate them promptly.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Construction, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
- Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills.
