About this position
The State of South Carolina Department of Insurance seeks an Associate General Counsel to join the Office of Legal, Legislative, and Regulatory Affairs. You will advise on enforcement matters related to PBMs, conduct examinations, and support regulatory compliance across departments.
You will lead and train staff, oversee investigations, draft legal documents, and help implement policies to mitigate legal risk while upholding state laws and market regulation standards.
