About this position

Travel Navigator Co. is looking for an organized, personable individual to join our team as a Remote Group Travel Coordinator. In this role, you will help clients plan and book group trips, including family reunions, birthday celebrations, destination weddings, and friends' getaways, making sure every traveler's details are handled with care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with planning and booking group travel, including resorts, cruises, tours, and vacation packages
  • Speak with group organizers to understand travel dates, group size, preferences, and budgets
  • Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities that work for the whole group
  • Confirm availability, group rates, and reservation details with travel suppliers
  • Track traveler information, payment schedules, and booking deadlines
  • Send clients and group members timely updates and reminders about their trip
  • Help resolve issues and handle changes to existing reservations
  • Keep accurate records and documentation for each group booking
  • Follow company procedures and support the team with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service, event planning, hospitality, or travel is helpful but not required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Clear, friendly communication and a customer-first attitude
  • Ability to manage deadlines and keep multiple bookings on track
  • Comfortable using computers, online platforms, and virtual communication tools
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet access
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized
