About this position

Travel Navigator Co. is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cruise Specialist. In this role, you will help clients choose and book cruise vacations that match their preferences, from comparing options to confirming every detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with selecting and booking cruises 
  • Explain trip options, including cabin and room categories, dining, and package inclusions
  • Speak with clients to understand their travel dates, group needs, and budgets
  • Recommend cruise lines, ships, and resorts that fit each client's goals
  • Confirm availability, pricing, and reservation details with suppliers
  • Guide clients through the booking process and make sure all details are accurate
  • Maintain organized records of bookings, payments, and client information
  • Follow up with clients before travel and assist with changes or updates when needed
  • Follow company procedures and support the team with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or travel is helpful but not required
  • Ability to explain options clearly and help clients feel confident in their decisions
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable using computers, web-based systems, and online communication tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet access
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in your location
