JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an ambitious Home Buying & Selling Specialist to join the Seattle team. This

role is focused on helping property owners solve problems while negotiating and securing

off-market real estate opportunities. Most of the work is done by phone: you'll respond to

inbound seller leads, build trust quickly, uncover motivation, present offers, and guide sellers to

a signed agreement. Once a seller agrees to a deal, you'll visit the property to complete the

process.

This is a remote role, but candidates must be located in the Seattle area.

During the launch phase, this role covers both acquisitions and dispositions. After a seller signs,

you'll coordinate the handoff to developer buyers using a buyer list provided to you, with the

owner's support. As the team grows, disposition responsibilities will move to a dedicated hire so

you can focus on acquisitions.

This is a professional sales role for someone who is highly competitive, disciplined,

self-sufficient, and motivated by performance-based compensation.

WHAT WE OFFER

Compensation & Earnings Transparency

● Base Salary to Start: $3,000 per month for the first 3 months while you learn the system

and lead volume ramps up

● Commission Structure: 6% commission, plus an additional 2% while you are also

handling disposition responsibilities

● On-Target Earnings: $120K–$150K annually, with no cap on earnings

● Mileage and gas reimbursement for site visits

● W-2 employee position

● Health, dental, and vision benefits after 90 days

LEADS, TOOLS, & SUPPORT

● Warm, inbound seller leads (no cold prospecting)

● Full training program, including online training, weekly team meetings, and live sales

coaching

● Proven sales process and CRM systems designed to minimize non-sales activities

● Buyer list and direct owner support for disposition work

● Flexible, results-focused schedule

● Predominantly remote, phone-based work (local site visits required)

● Opportunity to grow as the business expands across the Seattle area

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

● Respond promptly to inbound seller leads, so that no lead goes unanswered

● Conduct high-volume phone calls to qualify seller motivation, timeline, and pricing

● Lead discovery conversations, overcome objections, and move sellers toward signed

agreements

● Present offers by phone and negotiate terms with distressed-property owners

● Use company tools and training to evaluate deals and prepare offers

● Coordinate dispositions after signing, working with the owner to hand off deals to

developer buyers from the provided buyer list

● Travel to properties to finalize deals with sellers

● Accurately input, manage, and track all leads and deals within the CRM

● Proactively communicate with the owner, asking questions and following up right away

● Meet or exceed monthly contract volume and revenue targets tied directly to commission

earnings

QUALIFICATIONS

● 2+ years of proven sales experience, with a track record of earning $100K+ in

commission preferred

● Strong background in phone-based or consultative sales.

● Excellent communication skills with a relationship-driven, empathetic approach to sellers

● Proven ability to close deals and hit performance targets

● Strong phone presence and organizational skills, with CRM discipline

● Must live in the Seattle area and have a reliable car and valid driver’s license

● Ability to work with new technology with proper training

● Highly Self-Sufficient: You take ownership, work without micromanagement, and figure

things out.

● Hungry & Driven: You're motivated by uncapped earning potential and want to be

same when you need answers from your manager.

● Coachable Self-Learner: You quickly absorb training, scripts, and new systems.

● Trustworthy Communicator: You build rapport quickly and can guide sellers through
