About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Transaction Advisory Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing financial due diligence projects, with a focus on M&A activities. This role involves working closely with private equity and corporate clients to provide expert guidance on financial, IT, and tax due diligence, as well as business analytics and technical accounting matters related to corporate transactions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in financial due diligence, including experience with SEC reporting, purchase accounting, and transaction-related issues. A CPA is required, or the candidate must be actively pursuing a CPA. Familiarity with data analytics packages is preferred. Applicants for the Vice President position in Transaction Advisory Services at the company should have an undergraduate degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of 8 years' of financial due diligence experience, with a preference for those who have worked with a Big 4 firm. The role demands a professional with a deep understanding of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and a proven track record in M&A financial due diligence.
