About this position
MCA ISO Business Development / Sales Representative
Business Capital Providers is growing, and we're looking for an experienced MCA professional to help expand our network of ISO and broker relationships.
We're looking for someone who understands the MCA industry, enjoys building relationships, and has experience working directly with ISOs and brokers to generate quality deal flow.
This is an opportunity for an established MCA salesperson who wants to join a growing organization where their relationships, experience and production will be recognized and rewarded.
What You'll Be Doing
• Develop new relationships with MCA ISOs, brokers and referral partners
• Maintain and grow existing broker relationships
• Generate consistent, quality MCA submissions
• Follow up with new and inactive ISO partners
• Work closely with underwriting to help move deals from submission to funding
• Communicate approvals, stipulations and deal structures with brokers
• Build a strong pipeline of productive, long-term ISO relationships
Who We're Looking For
We're particularly interested in someone with 2+ years of MCA or alternative business finance experience .
The ideal candidate already has an established network of ISO and broker relationships and understands:
• MCA underwriting and deal structure
• Factor rates, positions and renewals
• Broker commissions and ISO relationships
• How to develop new broker relationships
• How to turn those relationships into consistent funded business
We value quality relationships over simply having a large contact list.
Compensation
We believe strong producers should be well compensated.
The position offers:
• Competitive base salary or draw
• Commission based on funded production
• Monthly performance bonuses
• Uncapped earning potential
• Additional opportunities for experienced producers who can build and manage a larger ISO network
Candidates with an established book of ISO relationships and demonstrated funded volume may be eligible for a customized compensation package.
