Job Title: Welder (Manual / Robotic)

Job Description: Welder would be responsible for the set up and operation of a robot or manual machine, to perform one more function on steel and aluminum products.
Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize fixtures and tooling to properly assemble and gage parts.
- Apply competencies in manual welding to weld parts.
- Apply competencies in welding and utilize robotic software to operate the robotic machine.
- Review program specifications to determine and set machine operations and sequencing.
- Set up future jobs while the robot is operating.
- Load and unload material manually or with hoists or cranes, depending on weight and size.
- Inspects all manufactured products for quality standards.
- Troubleshoot issues with welding equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the weld shop.
Skills/Qualifications: six months to 1 year of welding experience. TIG welding experience is a plus, ability to read blueprints/specifications. Attention to detail and quality control is key in this role
