\nPatient Centered Psych (PCP) is a small, woman owned mental health practice dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care. Many of the patients we see have mild to severe underlying medical issues including paralysis, amputation(s), auto-accident injuries, stroke recovery, cancer, muscular dystrophy, Parkinson’s, and more.

\nRole Description
\nThis is an on-site hybrid Teleheath independent contractor role and gives you the opportunity to work with a phenomenal population where? mental and physical health issues intersect. As a disability ally you will work with remarkable individuals recovering from trauma.
\nSince mental and physical health issues overlap, this is a tremendous opportunity for you to hone any established clinical, health psychology skills, or altogether develop a specialized niche for yourself. \nThe Therapist will be responsible for providing direct outpatient psychotherapy services to clients, including conducting intake evaluations, developing treatment plans, and facilitating individual or family therapy sessions. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation and staying up-to-date on best practices in mental health therapy.
\nQualifications
\n· Proficiency in conducting therapy sessions, including individual, or family therapy.
\n· Proficiency in completing clinical intakes and developing treatment plans.
\n· Ability to maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
\n· Ability to use EHR designed for mental health providers.
\n· Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.
\n· Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
\n· Relevant licensure as a mental health professional in the state of Michigan (e.g., LP, LLP, LMSW, LPC, or equivalent).
\n· Ongoing knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and techniques.
\n· Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines for mental health practices.

\nThere is no company that can pay an individual their worth because your worth is boundless. At PCP we work hard to keep operating costs low so you can have a higher reimbursement. We are able to offer a starting rate of 75% of all your collections received with transparent billing and bi-monthly payments.
