About the Role

The Company is in search of an Associate General Counsel for Ethics and Compliance Investigations. This senior leadership role is pivotal in setting the strategy and standards for the enterprise's investigations program, ensuring that all matters are handled with the utmost objectivity, consistency, and effectiveness. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising senior leaders on a range of complex legal, regulatory, and employee-relations issues, and for translating investigation findings into meaningful improvements in the organization's compliance and ethics programs. This includes leading the enterprise investigations program, overseeing the Ethics and Compliance Hotline, and directing complex and high-risk investigations. The role also involves driving corrective actions, fostering a culture of integrity and accountability, and leading a team of internal investigators. Applicants must have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree, an active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, and a minimum of 10 years' legal experience, with a significant focus on internal compliance investigations in a highly regulated industry. Deep expertise in corporate ethics and compliance investigations, particularly in the healthcare sector, is essential. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements, including relevant laws and regulations, and a proven track record of leading and developing talent.
