About this position
We are an authorized T-Mobile Fiber dealer hiring across South Carolina and Georgia. We sell fiber internet door to door in neighborhoods where T-Mobile Fiber is already live, and we are hiring reps who want to be outside and paid for what they close.
This is not retail. It is not a call center. It is not a desk job.
WHAT YOU'LL DO - Work assigned neighborhoods in areas where fiber is already available - Talk with homeowners at the door about speed, price, and installation - Run an address check, write the order, and set install expectations - Follow up until the install is complete so you get paid - Track your activity and orders in our system
WHAT YOU'LL EARN - Commission per completed install: $75 to $250 depending on speed tier and experience - Paid weekly - Uncapped: 10 installs a week at 1 Gig pays about $1,500; 20 pays about $3,000 - Top rep week on our team has cleared about $13,000 - No chargebacks taken out of your pocket; cancellations follow the dealer agreement
WHO THIS IS FOR - You can talk to strangers and take a no without folding - You want to be outdoors and moving, not in an office - You can walk a neighborhood for 5 to 6 hours a day - You have reliable transportation and a smartphone - You want a career path, not a seasonal gig
WHO THIS IS NOT FOR - You need a guaranteed hourly wage - You want to work from a laptop - You cannot start within two weeks
REQUIREMENTS - 18 or older - Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle - Comfortable with 1099 commission-only pay - Door-to-door, solar, security, roofing, pest control, or telecom experience helps. We train the right person with no fiber background.
