About this position

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team. We are looking for someone who is dependable, punctual, and takes pride in providing quality maintenance services to keep our unit apartment community safe, clean, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and complete resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.

  • Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and appliance maintenance.

  • Prepare vacant apartments for new residents, including repairs and inspections.

  • Perform routine preventive maintenance throughout the property.

  • Maintain the cleanliness and safety of buildings, common areas, and grounds.

  • Identify maintenance issues and recommend effective solutions.

  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

  • Work closely with the property management team to ensure resident satisfaction.

  • Maintain maintenance tools, equipment, and inventory.

Qualifications

  • Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred.

  • Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work indoors and outdoors.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Reliable, hardworking, and punctual.

  • Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
