About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President (SVP) to lead the maintenance and growth of its insurance brokerage platform. The SVP will be responsible for the overall health of the platform, including financial performance, employee culture, and operations. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to achieve company-set targets and objectives. Key responsibilities for the SVP include setting and managing the platform's P&L, ensuring growth and sales targets are met, designing and implementing sales KPIs, and recruiting effective producers. The SVP will also collaborate with central operations on strategic initiatives, manage the people within the platform, and work on best practices for operations and E&O claims prevention. The ideal candidate for the SVP position at the company will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in senior or executive leadership within an insurance brokerage environment. They must have a proven track record in creating and executing strategic financial, sales, and operational initiatives, as well as a significant background in team development. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA or advanced degree. The successful candidate will be a dynamic leader who embodies the company's values of care, collaboration, leadership, and a results-oriented, growth-focused approach.
