Treasury Banking Manager

Jennifer Fukumae is partnering with a well-established, independent financial institution seeking a Treasury Banking Manager to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the business while playing a key role in the growth of its treasury and digital banking services.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a smaller, collaborative environment where people wear multiple hats. Rather than being one piece of a large corporate structure, you’ll work closely with Relationship Managers, clients, Digital Banking, and Product Management to help grow the business and develop solutions that meet client needs.

What You’ll Do

Client & Business Development

• Work alongside Relationship Managers to understand client needs and uncover opportunities to expand treasury management solutions.
• Act as a key resource for clients and internal teams, recommending tailored solutions to address complex needs.
• Contribute to revenue growth by supporting new business initiatives and expanding adoption of treasury and digital banking products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners across the organization.

Strategy & Solutions

• Help shape and implement the bank’s treasury and digital banking roadmap.
• Evaluate client feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for new products, improved processes, and enhanced service.
• Collaborate with Product teams to assess, launch, and optimize treasury and digital banking solutions.
• Bring a proactive, innovative mindset to solving business and client challenges.

Team Management

• Manage and develop a small Digital Banking team, including two direct reports.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and support to promote accountability and professional growth.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure clients receive a consistent and high-quality experience.

• Approximately 8+ years of relevant treasury management, digital banking, or related financial services experience.
• Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills.
• Experience partnering with Relationship Managers and/or commercial banking clients.
• Strong business judgment with the ability to identify needs and develop solutions.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative and operate independently.
• Comfortable working in a smaller organization where priorities can shift and responsibilities span multiple areas.
• Leadership experience is preferred, but experience managing a large team is not required.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
