About this position
We're looking for individuals interested in helping clients research, organize, and coordinate leisure vacations while developing their knowledge of the travel industry.
From family vacations and cruises to international getaways and all-inclusive resorts, you'll help travelers sort through their options and create trips suited to their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Research destinations and vacation products
- Assist clients with selecting appropriate travel options
- Coordinate reservations and itinerary details
- Communicate professionally with clients and travel suppliers
- Stay organized with client requests and follow-up
- Develop destination and supplier knowledge
- Participate in continuing education and travel-industry training
- Build and maintain client relationships
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable learning online systems
- Able to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Interest in travel and helping others
- Previous customer-facing experience is helpful but not required
Training is available for individuals who are new to the travel industry as well as those with previous experience.
