Job Purpose
Relief Heating and Cooling, LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing family. HVAC Installers work with a install helper to complete installations of heating and cooling systems (mainly residential with some light commercial).
Responsibilities:
- Understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, and heat pumps.
- Team-oriented and hard-working
- Willing to work flexible schedule as needed
- Work well with a lead installer while maintaining high quality and timely job performance
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Possess required hand tools
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Wearing proper PPE for personal safety
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions (attics can be up to 130 degrees, may have to work in freezing temperatures as well)
Requirements:
- 2+ Years of HVAC experience
- EPA certified
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving and criminal record
- Ability to pass drug and background screening
- Standard technician tools
- Ability to lift 100 lbs. and climb ladders
- Neat, clean professional appearance
- Steel Toe boots
