Superior Skilled Trades is seeking Commercial Electricians for immediate hire in the Asheville, NC area.
LONG TERM! WEEKLY PAY!
PAY: $28-$35/hour (based upon experience)
HOURS: Shifts will be 10.5-hour workdays (Plus Overtime) 4-5 days per week
SCHEDULE: Workdays will be Monday-Friday; 7:00 am-5:30 pm
START DATE: ASAP
DURATION: 2+ Months
Electrician Job Description:
- Perform commercial electrical installations and renovations for an interior renovation project.
- Install lights and make up fixtures.
- Run EMT and other conduit systems.
- Pull wire and assist with electrical installations.
- Safely use standard electrical hand and power tools.
- Work safely in an active construction environment.
Qualifications for Electrician:
- Experience with commercial electrical installations and renovations.
- Proficiency with wire pulling and running EMT and other conduit systems.
- Experience installing commercial lighting and making up fixtures.
- Ability to safely use electrical hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications.
- Working knowledge of electrical safety practices and NEC requirements.
- Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, crouching, twisting upper body, working at heights, and lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Must have standard electrical hand tools and drills.
- Position requires the use of PPE, including: Steel-Toe work boots, safety vest, hard hat, and safety glasses.
Additional Requirements for Electrician:
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Must have reliable transportation to the job site.
