Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Greer Group is hiring Assembly Associates for a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing company in the East Asheville/Swannanoa area.
Pay & Schedule
- $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
- Monday – Thursday
- 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!

What You'll Do
- Assemble small fiber optic components and products
- Use basic hand tools
- Follow simple work instructions
- Perform quality checks on finished products
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills
- Prior manufacturing experience and experience with measurement tools
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions
