About this position
She Wolf Bakery is hiring a Barista to join the team in our Navy Yard cafe!Our bakery works exclusively with local, organic grains and specializes in naturally fermented doughs, and we proudly serve Pipe & Tabor for espresso and drip coffee. We're looking for a skilled barista with full time (~30 hours/week) availability Monday to Friday.

Successful candidates will:
- Have 1+ years of professional Barista experience
- Be suited to working in a fast-paced environment, with spatial awareness and the ability to multitask efficiently
- Be reliable, focused, organized, communicative, and curious
- Have a receptive and charitable attitude toward constructive feedback
- Be excited to work on a team, contributing to a positive and collaborative work culture that supports the goals of the team and the business
While performing the duties of the job, a Barista is regularly required to stand and walk; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear; climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch. They must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
