As our electrical division continues to grow, we are seeking a strong field leader to drive performance, quality, and accountability on our job sites.
About the Role
We are looking for a Licensed Electrical Superintendent with strong commercial construction experience to oversee field operations and lead crews on active job sites. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of electrical work while maintaining strong relationships with General Contractors and project teams.
You will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in full compliance with code and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily field operations for commercial electrical projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
- Perform and verify material take-offs and assist with procurement planning
- Ensure all work meets NEC code requirements and project specifications
- Coordinate directly with General Contractors, project managers, and other trades
- Attend and actively participate in job site meetings
- Organize, schedule, and line out field crews for daily production
- Monitor productivity, manpower, and job progress to meet project timelines
- Enforce job site safety standards and company policies
- Mentor and develop electricians and apprentices in the field
Required Qualifications
- Active Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician License (Required)
- Proven experience in commercial electrical construction
- Experience in a supervisory or foreman-level role
- Strong understanding of NEC code and compliance requirements
- Ability to read plans and perform material take-offs
- Strong communication skills with ability to manage GC relationships
- Valid Texas driver’s license with clean driving record
Preferred (Not Required)
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Experience with large-scale commercial, municipal, or school projects
- Experience building or scaling a field team
