About this position
We are looking for an experienced, organized, and reliable Line Cook to join our kitchen team in Los Angeles.
The role includes preparing dishes according to restaurant standards, working quickly and accurately during service, and maintaining cleanliness and food safety.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare dishes according to recipes and restaurant standards
- Keep the station clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Complete prep work as needed
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Follow kosher food handling, food safety, and sanitation procedures
- Work cooperatively with the kitchen team
- Provide great customer service and maintain a positive attitude
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, as orders are prepared in front of them
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant kitchen experience is required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented
- Flexible availability
