We are looking to hire a Part time weekend dispatcher to join our team. Hours are the same both Saturday and Sunday from 8:00PM until 6am.

MERJ fleet Services, Inc. has been serving WNY and the surrounding areas since May of 2015. Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Taking service calls and dispatching incoming calls for emergency roadside repair or towing services needed to the mechanic/technicians. Will be expected to follow company protocol for documenting all necessary information on the repair or tow that is needed.
- Follow up with input of service calls and tows.
- Data entry of work orders given to you through email or hardcopy by road-service techs and mechanics from jobs completed on roadside or off site facilities.
- Processing of credit card phone orders and entering in payments collected from customers through the software application of Intuit.
- Entering payments by check and virtual credit card emails from customers.
- Call to get Event Number for thruway calls and close event when work is completed.
- Use of Thruway camera app, Life 360, and Fleetmatics Reveal.
- Assist technicians/mechanics with questions relating to service and tow calls.
Experience:
- Dispatching: 3 years (Required)
