About the Role

The Company is in search of a Regional Vice President to take on a senior leadership role within the fiber and wireline infrastructure space. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading operations, financial performance, project execution, and business development across a defined region. This pivotal position involves overseeing a team that includes regional directors, construction managers, project managers, and field teams, with a primary focus on ensuring that projects are delivered safely, profitably, on time, and within budget. Key responsibilities for the role include the development and execution of regional business plans, leading construction and operations teams, driving accountability around various performance metrics, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a background of at least 10 years in wireline telecommunications, fiber infrastructure, or construction, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role. A strong knowledge of wireline infrastructure and large-scale field operations is essential, as is proven experience in P&L ownership, margin management, business development, and client relationship management. The role also requires the ability to enforce operational best practices, quality standards, and safety compliance, as well as to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and the candidate should be prepared to travel as necessary.
